We put a new fence up last year but this year we realized some trees on our property had to be taken down, but they were extremely close to our house and new (and expensive) fence. We called around and everyone who showed up declined the work. The owner from Mass Landscape showed up exactly at the time he said and walked us through exactly the process and how they would be able to handle the trees. Provided us with an estimate the same day. During our meeting we mentioned we have a newborn at home. The day of the service they showed up, texted us to come out and asked if it is ok for them to start the work because the equipment is loud, they wanted to ensure that they didn’t wake the baby up or disturb anyone. The work was complicated but they made it look easy and when they were done you couldn’t tell that any of the trees were ever there! The entire crew went above and beyond to ensure we are happy with the end result and checked in frequently during the day.
